NIGHTLIFE

Whether you want a stroll to the local
taverna or a night at a 5* hotel, its
all very accessible!

Agios Nikolaos and Elounda provide the
5* hotels but they also provide a range
of bars, restaurants and one or two
small night-clubs.

For the 18-30 type nightlife go to
Hersonisoss or Malia where fast-food,
cocktails and ‘The Ministry of Sound’
rule.

Should you want, you could book in Malia
or Ag Nikolaos to go on a Greek Night Out
where you will be taken to a large purpose-built
taverna, have a Greek meal with plenty
of free wine and watch and join in
Cretan dancing and entertainment.

If you are lucky enough to be in Crete
during an important feast day, Neapoli and
Ag Nikolaos, and a lot of the larger villages,
will all have evening entertainment including
Cretan food, music and dancing, which makes
for a very enjoyable evening.

Taxis are always available to return you
to Limnes/Latsida during the early hours.
Please do not be tempted to drink and drive.
