* A large open-plan kitchen, dining and seating area on the upper floor ensuring beautiful views of the mountains and valley. The kitchen is equipped with full-size dishwasher, large capacity washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven with separate hob, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. The large sun-drenched upper terrace is reached from patio doors in the seating area.

* A circular staircase leading down to two double bedrooms with a large family bathroom and a separate shower room with wc. There is a large hall area which could double as an additional seating area.

For those not wanting to take the circular staircase, there is an outside staircase leading downstairs to the courtyard. The latter makes a delightful additional outside seating/barbecue area.
